The Clerk accepts a York judicial-record check request by email at CoCRecordsRequest@yorkcountypa.gov. Supply the full name, date of birth, last four Social Security number digits, and contact information. The published local check fee is $7. Judicial files follow court access rules rather than the ordinary county Right-to-Know process.
